1.Place the soft bristled toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against
  you gums.
2.Move the toothbrush back and forth gently in short (tooth-wide)
  strokes.
3.Brush the all outer tooth surfaces in your mouth, including the
  inner tooth surfaces, and the chewing surfaces of your teeth.
4.Use the tip of the toothbrush to clean the inside surfaces of the
  front teeth, by using a gentle up-and-down stroke.
5.Brush your tongue gently to remove any bacteria and to freshen
  your breath.
